Thread: RAIN LF static members for 2.4 progression!

I'm just going to keep this thread up for recruitment, and whenever we have openings, I will update this post.

Current status:

Othard Blue Group is currently looking for a high-caliber monk
We have T10-13 on farm.

Our raid climate:

We are a fun group, but we are serious. We want raiders who like to have fun but who will also get serious, make and keep commitments, and discuss mechanics and will be open to suggestions and giving suggestions both inside and outside of raid time. We all look up what information is out there and test what works for us during raid. If you are the type who quits mid-raid or quits and returns to the static over small disagreements or attitude problems, then this isn't the group for you. We are looking for people with skill, commitment, and a good attitude.
Teamspeak is a must.

Our group:

We have an awesome and mobile black mage, Light Triana <Rain>, who calls out and participates in most of the mechanics, yet she still parses very high.
Our excellent bard, Easy Prey <Rain>, parses uncannily high, especially for someone who isn't stingy with his songs, eh?
Our super-off-tank, Rolan Blackmoon <FG>, holds aggro, is really good at timing for damage mitigation, and throws out good dps.
Our insane scholar, Sebastian Kingsbury <Rain>, is phenomenal at mitigation and healing but also sqeezing out that dps where possible.
Our brick of a paladin, Valek Arcel <Rain>, has geared up and skilled up very quickly and is dedicated to success.
Our intense ninja, Historia Valhalla <SeeD>, beats stuff up and puts out the numbers even when he was undergeared.
And I'm the white mage, Okashii Kazegane <Rain>. Hopefully, I'm keeping people alive, but who knows?

Our raid schedule:

6-10 PM CST Tues. + Thurs. + 8-10 PM CST Sun. More raid time is scheduled based on availability. We may be adding in Wed. 6-10 PM CST or subbing it in for our Thurs. slot soon. For current content, we should be clearing every Tuesday, but we want someone with those available times (including Wed.) anyways for future content.

Open positions:

Currently looking for a monk as ours has had a schedule change and can no longer raid with us during some of our times.

Current status:

LF skilled BRD & WHM
Most of us currently have t10 clear experience, so that is our preference, but not required.

Our raid climate:

We are serious about completing FCoB but maintain a positive attitude. Looking for people who can give and take helpful, polite advice and have fun. We need everyone to make the times or at least give advanced notification regarding absences.
Teamspeak is a must.
