You won't find it too hard to find a good active end game FC on Hyperion look around FC standings/active members/accepting apps for our servers as far as progression goes Hyperion might not be Gilgamesh or whatever but it's pretty up there imo when it comes to "hard-core" players and progression/end game stuff, I'd invite you to mine but it's pretty casual although with 2.4 some of our members came back to the game and we're still trying to push members (including myself) through progression even if it's slowly lol.
