FCOB static - Recruiting a SMN or MNK, and potentially a WAR

Hi -

My static recently lost a member and is looking to fill the spot with a great SMN or MNK, though there's a bit of flexibility and we could maybe take a BLM as well. The new person would have to have the following characteristics:

+ High DPS (440+ on T8)
+ High situational awareness (Can adjust to call-out mechanics)
+ Reliability (shows up on time, gives advance notice if they can't)
+ Dedication (Cares about progression and wants to get T13 on farm ASAP)

We're also potentially looking for a new WAR tank. Our current WAR has been having trouble making raid times and isn't communicating effectively.

Our raid runs Mon/Tues/Thurs/Sun 930pm-1130pm EST, though there is some flexibility in that. We've currently got T10 down to ~40% after 2 nights of practice, hope to have it down by the end of the week. T9 clear is not necessary, though preferred. Server transfers are fine, would want to chat over VoIP before you'd make the switch though.
