    I expect them to expand on a PLDs curing abilities with the expansion. Once dark knight comes they will need to separate the tanking classes a bit, seems like the perfect way to do it. Possibly introduce lore to the effect of DRK and PLD being somewhat rivals.

    I would say, I think a few of 1.0 Paladin / Gladiator Abilities would be very welcome now:

    Level 12 Trait Enhanced Rampart
    Expands Rampart to affect you and nearby party members. Exclusive

    Then again, I hold out hope that Yoshi P and the Combat Team gives All Jobs "Enhances / Unique" Abilities on Future End Game Gear that gets us more Horizontal Progression / Side Grades instead of this World of WarCraft Vertical Progression we have now.

    Thats because Steiner wasn't a Paladin but instead a Mystic Knight.

    Apologies, I should have said make the Cure "stronger" instead of "more potent" to avoid confusion. This can be accomplished by traits on the PLD, a hidden magic damage property on PLD weapons or even by sticking MND on tank gear. Either way, the Cure available to the PLD is laughably weak at level 50. It's not a terrible idea to at least bring the PLDs cure spell up to the point where it's at least usable in some fashion. It doesn't need to be strong enough to heal himself fully, but at this point I think the PLD's auto regen is just about as strong as spamming Cures on himself.
