Summoner needs Arcanists(30levels) and Conjurer(15levels). He only has Arcanist that 32levels but he is Summoner.
There are many such characters. How should this be explained?

Most bots are BLM (THM + ARC as in the second pic you posted.) No, you don't have to do MSQ (join GC) for some dungeons, like the bot-favorite WP. All they have to do is level to 50 which they usually do by bot-farming sprites (drop shards) in the open world.

How that one got SMN without THM is beyone me, though.

Also, it's not a good idea to post pics with characters names. SE works hard to protect bots... I mean, people.

Officially it’s not possible to be a Summoner if you only have Arcanist at level 32, since you need to do the Job quest in order to retrieve the Summoner Soulstone. The requirements for the Job quest is: Finish the Arcanist Class Quests, have Arcanist at Level 30 and Thaumaturge at Level 15.

However, the Soulstone itself only requires a Level 30 Arcanist. So, technically it’s possible to be a Summoner, but you will have to acquire the Soulstone one way or another. Since this character only has Arcanist unlocked, it’s safe to say that this person has obtained the soulstone through hacking.

It's pretty obvious with this character.
