They have the same equipment as the same name as all the members.
Not only that, although they don't belong to GC, they have mythology items.
We can't get these items without belonging GC. Who registered these characters?
Isn't this slightly strange?

Summoner needs Arcanists(30levels) and Thaumaturge(15levels). He only has Arcanist that 32levels but he is Summoner.
There are many such characters. How should this be explained?

Afaik its not possible to proceed with main quest, without joining a grand company, while this is not going to stop you from getting to lvl 50 and tomestones, it still doesnt seem legit.

Most bots are BLM (THM + ARC as in the second pic you posted.) No, you don't have to do MSQ (join GC) for some dungeons, like the bot-favorite WP. All they have to do is level to 50 which they usually do by bot-farming sprites (drop shards) in the open world.

How that one got SMN without THM is beyone me, though.

Also, it's not a good idea to post pics with characters names. SE works hard to protect bots... I mean, people.
