Please take a look at my account. I have been run around with this issue, noone is helping me from SE support. I started out submitting a ticket via lodestone/general account problems. Then they told me to submit a ticket for a GM in game. Then the GM in game told me to post a bug fix here. All generic useless messages. I submitted my bug in the template again here and days later get no response. What does it take to get a REAL response much less fix the issue?


1- My friend registered an account on his own
2- paid for 30 days
3- had the ENTER FRIEND CODE popup appear
4- He put in my code
5- we verified on both our sides it said a friend code has been registered to the account.
6- Then we receive no in game delivery of the Friendship Circlet.
