1. I heard that this was coming, but I can't seem to find the dev quote. It probably will still be a while on this one, though.
2. Note that the two you listed are Expansions to the original game; that was the draw of buying the expansions. Don't get me wrong, I rather enjoyed the Rank missions in 11, as well, and thought they were good, but they did have a, generally, weaker story than the expansions. Currently, what we have is the rank missions, essentially, up until the Shadow Lord in game. If you remember, back in 11, the missions up to the SL were very "meh", too easy, and even at some times lame.
3. Dungeons are the current answer to your dynamis concerns. They plan to add in a bunch more, as well. I think we'll see more "dynamis-y" type things in the future, especially after level cap gets raised.
4. I must have left before this feature was added; I don't EVER remember being auto targeted to any monster in FF11.
5. Totally agreed on this one; linked parties would be nifty. However, we have to have something implemented before this is useful.
6. YES. Please add this. I'd like to know where my LSmates are, so I can hunt them down and stal...err... see where they are at.
7. Better targeting is, again, "coming". For now, F8 solves most of my problems, but not all of them.
8. Even 1 every 2 would help. I hate running out of anima ._. Still, chocobos and airships will help this a -lot-.
9. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes...
10. I can agree with this point too. Food effects are very hard to pin down, with optimal ranks and the effects they'll give varying based on how many other features. Perhaps add this to the well-fed tooltip?

As a side note, I also agree with you on all your "thumbs up to the devs" points too ^^.
