Yes, zoning fixes the issue as mentioned in my original post.

I doubt it's an Nvidia issue. The game really seems to consider the house is "not constructed", and prompts that you "cannot enter construction zone" when you try to walk in. This zone is actually a little larger than the actual house, as evidenced by the placement of some furnishings (mailbox and such). If it were purely graphical, it wouldn't display or would display incorrectly and that would be it.
