So, my new parse was 390 as mentioned, but I was 30 speced into SCH stats. Would that make a noticeable difference?

I would switch the 30 points into Intelligence. Lacking 30 Intelligence has a bigger impact on your performance than losing 30 Mind as a Scholar.
