My account was compromised sometime after February 2014 when I stopped playing. I was showing my Lodestone Profile to a friend interested in FFXIV in Mid/Late-May when I noticed my character was on a different server.

So, I lost control of my account. Contacted support, got my form notarized, character given back to me. I wanted to go back to my home server and I'm told to make a data rollback request. I do so, and I just need to "wait" for the rollback response. Fair enough. I call weeks/months later, no progress.

I get a response on OCTOBER 14th saying vital information is missing to process my request. I call support, once again, and am asked if I added an additional retainer while my account was compromised. NO. Of course not. I am told ok, we'll proceed with data recovery within the next 10-15 days. I ask if anything else is needed and am told no.
