Renaming Free Company

So I know I have seen a good few posts about this, even saw where a Customer Rep commented back in June about it possibly being looked into. Now my question is why has this NOT been implemented yet, I mean come on with so many Free Companies out there being abandoned down to lower members, or people being given Free Companies out of no where because someone just doesn't want it I would think this would of been implemented already. Especially with housing, who in the world would want to give up a Free Company that has a large house they worked their butt off to get and put all the time into, but because the leader ditches and now new people own it and it has a stupid name, they are stuck? No one wants to throw that FC away just to start from square one due to a name. I believe it should be added to the game to be able to rename the FC, make it like when you first sign up for one, you have to pay 100,000 gil, get a petition then you have to get X amount of members from IN your FC to sign the petition that yes they would like to rename the FC to this name. Once signed you return the petition to the FC NPC, and TADA renamed FC! Even restrict it so you can only do it once every 90 days or something, also restrict it that you can not rename it to a name already taken by another FC. Just really there needs to be something done about this, what are other's take on this?

I agree.

And the FC system just needs to be improved a lot to be honest, so that people will be compelled to work together instead of lone wolfing everything outside of raids.
