Oschon Runestone trade to Rowena Broken

Rowena: A harlequin's belt, is it? Then this is what I'll need from you─an Allagan runestone - Oschon, 3 circles of peiste leather, 2 circles of storm-blue boar leather.


I have all the materials needed but he tells me he's not running a charity and to come back when I have the materials.

I figured it out. It's because I have one already and it is Unique. Though I think to avoid other confusion like this maybe change the text for Rowena to say something like " You seem to already have a Harlequin's belt in your inventory"
