Verdant Shortbow Delay is Incorrect.

The Bow says 3.5
The timer is ACUTALLY 4.5 and counts down 4.5 seconds instead of 3.5

The bow with 4.5 delay is not worth using. Making it worse than even a NQ crab bow.

Actually, there is something wrong with archers in general.

All bow, when shooting with light shot, will get a random "remainder timer" on light shot.

Verdant bow changes between 3 and 2 seconds till we are able to re-shoot.
Crab Bow changes between 4 and 3 seconds.

Etc..

Archers need some fixed it seems.

We have confirmed that the displayed recast time for the Archer ability "Light Shot" was not taking into account basic cooldown for bow attacks. This issue only affects the displayed recast time; the actual recast time for the ability is functioning normally.
