Criticism is so rampant these days that threads have to go out of their way to say that they are not sarcastic when being positive.

With so many hate directed at duty finder and the Final Coil, it is time to talk about what we like about the new patch.

We could experience many great stories, but wherever we went, we saw the girls stealing the show.

Sure, the old ones also had their moments(especially Nanamo and Yugiri), but the new ones make me want more of each of them:

Moenbryda, who dominates every scene she is in and breaks Urianger out of his stoicism.

Iceheart, who truly made me question wether we are the good guys.

Milala, the best guard captain ever, who managed to be terrifying and cute at the same time(and that hat. gods, dat hat)

V'kebe, who is willing to tie up her own guildmaster for breaking the code.

and Tsubame, who not only has the best ingame hair, but actually acts like a real ninja.

Yes, she would have gladly joined with us. And yet, we attacked her and foiled her plans.

you should check on Moenbryda at the Rising Stone after you finish 2.4 story because she is currently beating Thancred in a drinking contest.

V'kebe! love her! I like that character sooooo much! Sometimes I like to think that Jacke and her have something going on. :P

This patch made me get more interested in the quest characters than any other love what S.E is doing with this game.

Iceheart, who truly made me question wether we are the good guys.

The moment she summoned Shiva she was in the wrong. Shiva hurts the realm and can temper to steal the will of people. While Iceheart may have had a point the ends do not justify the means. Even in the story as it was we were just helping Ishgard to get their support against Garlamand and they only seemed to be offering support to Ishgard to that end. It wasn't even enthusiastic support. However, the moment we heard the name Shiva and discovered she was to be a primal there was a very different attitude from the Scions. Suddenly, we had to take care of business. Iceheart crossed a line she shouldn't have and the Scions had to step in.

Well it is debatable wether she summoned Shiva at all. I would say she somehow merged with her. Also, are we sure she can temper? She isn't an actual primal after all.
