    locked out

    So when I queue up with a party member and this happens:

    Queue pops,
    Party member is doing something and can not accept or is afk,
    I accept,
    Timer runs out,
    Neither of us enter,
    I am locked out,
    Party member is not.

    This should be addressed.

    2.4 changed some things to stop in progress fishing. You get 3 strikes per day before you get a 30 min penalty after you cause a failed pop.

    You had at least 2 withdrawals/failed pops before. It is on you.
