    Is Lamia full?

    I've been trying to transfer but it will not let me for some reason. I tried to make a new character to get in contact with someone I really need to talk to but Lamia isn't on the list as a selectable world. So I'm assuming it's full but could anyone give me their thoughts? I really wanna transfer here.

    It prob is since it wont let you make a new char. It updates every couple of hours. The best bet is early in the mornings est time say 4-8 am is when ive found the busy servers open up.
