    Soldiery tomestones bonus for first timers

    I've noticed on several occasions, after ending with a duty roulette in some of the new dungeons/trials (implemented in 2.4 patch), we don't get the bonus soldiery tomestones when there are first timers. Am I the only one with this problem or it isn't a bug?

    Only get bonus for helping people with catch-up content -- stuff that was not added in the latest patch. So, ST and Ramuh now give the bonus, but Shiva and Snowcloak would not. It's just to encourage helping people catch up to the current content by sticking with them to get their wins in the old stuff.
