There's no way for us to see how much TP you have, so you need to let your party know when you need it. It's on a 3minute cooldown so I'd kinda want to save it until you actually needed it.

Well we could definitely ask for it, but pretty much any time you see Overpower being cast over and over and over and over again it's a safe bet that they are in need of replenishment

So we have to watch them on top of our Ninjutsu priorities and keeping all buffs and DoTs up.

I play Ninja and Warrior and it hasn't been a problem for me. Raid Awareness is a trait that many groups desire in players, is it not?

right because I'm counting how many attacks someone else is doing when I'm playing DPS and its definitely my job to monitor their TP...

It's not hard to tell when a Warrior is going to be spamming overpower, guys... I'm not saying that someone shouldn't ask for utility when they need it, but honestly the amount of backlash over being asked if you can take some initiative is a little disappointing.

If a WAR is repeatedly using OP and not utilizing Flash and SC then no.

I have mained BRD since 1.21. There is a huge difference between Job Mismanagement and Situational Circumstances. If any job is mismanaging their resources they are the one being detrimental to the party. For a BRD that would mean dropping a beneficial song like Foe and also reducing overall DPS of 2+ members.

If the situation arises where a larger pull the tank can handle or DPS cannot keep up carrying the fight. I would still expect them to call it out if for some odd reason I haven't given it to them already.

Better to ask when its needed then not at all and complain on a forum. Every player's skill and awareness is different and NIN is a week old. Which why I used "We" and not "I" in what you quoted.
