Edit: Post getting edited above me. So my 970gtx isn't maxing out. Lowering graphic settings does not improve performance. (2-3fps difference when your looking at a crowd of people as your benchmark is no big change). So on my fx6300, hitting just under 30fps in crowded cities and hunts, I am cpu bound.
