Personally, I liked feint even before 1.18a; It was one of those "I missed on WS (again)? Fine, take a Feint then." type of moves, good for guaranteed damage.

Now, as for Feint II, I don't think that we need one, per se, but it would be entirely useful. I think if there is one that gets added at a lower level (perhaps 40ish?), that it should keep in the same line of damage as Feint, but perhaps add in a debuff (- to monster evasion, for instance, feels right). That way it turns into a more utility skill, rather than just used for damage.
