    Delivery Moogle Not Appearing

    The delivery Moogle for the quest: Death of a Mailman is not appearing. I understand you need to be rank 12 for this quest. The last delivery moogle quest I completed was Supul eht Nioj. Upon completing this quest the delivery moogle vanished and I was carrier rank 11.

    You are most likely missing the quest "Twack-a-Mole", which requires you to do a series of side-quests in the Central Shroud before you can do it.

    I completed the quest "Thwack-a-Mole" and received the mole minion. Upon obtaining carrier rank 11 the Delivery Moogle located in the lower decks of Limsa Lominsa disappeared.

    Have you done "Of Siblings and Side-whiskers"? That is the only other delivery moogle quest requires you to complete another non-delivery-moogle quest. For that one, you need to have completed the quest "Beauty Is Only Scalp Deep"

    I have the same problem, no quests outstanding, rank 11, no Moogle appears for me either

    I have had this problem as well. I need to do some more research before I can say what is going on. Just stating you're not alone on this.
