I've been spamming ST over the last couple days, and I have yet to see one of the Ninja's die (not that it doesn't happen). Here's what I saw: 2 under geared healers forgetting cleric stance and allowing everyone to suffer. They get drops, but do you think they put on Scylla's diapers of stop pooping yourself? No, they go the whole way through with their level 55 stuff. Monk forgets that Daybreak means get on the pad with the rest of us. Tank decides he needs to hold Glasya while everyone else goes to destroy the spanners. People who think that they need to bring the fire to the water just as Scylla casts freshly lit taco bell fart. People who freeze themselves at the edge of the map rather than closer to the middle so it's a nice stroll to their location. Folks who don't DPS the slime or bring the orbs to Kum Kum.... All these mistakes were being made before and they're being made now. Geesh, the tanks aren't even keeping the clockworks in the right place and causing raid wide wipes. It happens.

ST has ALWAYS been full of clowns, at least whenever I run it with precious few beautiful exceptions. Ninjas are, exactly as everyone predicted, the new goons. Though DRGs still try pretty hard to live up to that nickname. I get that not every dps is gonna be i100+ and know the dungeon inside out going into it, but it's another to see enough fellow dps die to incredibly stupid things that you just start hoping ST is infested with trolls because the alternative is much more depressing.

Too bad cuz MNK n DRG still outdps NIN, and the latest DRG buff eliminating any second of animation lock from jumps reducing the amount of loldrgs, and the stage now belongs to SHITnobi / shiNOOBi

I have also noticed that I tend to heal/ress nin more than any other class recently. That being said the general quality of ST runs since patch 2.4 has dropped dramatically. Wiping on the second boss because people can't position the robes to save their lives, tanks fighting over agro, OTs sitting picking their noses while adds wipe out their healers, people not boring to unfreeze alliance A then whine in chat because alliance A didn't get on the platform and everyone got petrify, letting adds through at Amon, not avoiding Xande's ohko aoe or not going into the yellow circles, retard players who run out from behind the ice pillars as Amon finishes his ohko aoe, that one player that without fail dies at least 3 times every boss fight. The list goes on. I got my last sands yesterday and Im so happy I no long have to set foot in that hell hole.

On the subject of lolnin I saw a nin in AV go from 100% hp -> dead because they cba getting out laboured lead....

Lol so many things I've seen recently on the last run the raid was being slaughtered from people not standing in the yellow circles it's such a simple mechanic there are enough players go get one a circle yet people go into tunnel vision mode and just spam attacks on the boss. The freeze thing too gets on my nerves on Scylla I'm pretty sure somebody in your own party normally gets frozen yet for some reason you seem to get people running around all over the place I'll be running to free somebody in my party right next to me and two other people with fire orbs come charging in and kill them XD. Also been frozen and had somebody with a fire orb run right past me to free somebody on the other side of the room being freed by others. And some OT's can be absolutely useless "Okay guys I'll just run around near death while you all fight over the boss mob".

Except most of the so called ninjas are people who played the game a long time and should know by now how things work (avoid AOEs, don't leeroy, etc). Yet peoples' brains turn off once they pull out that katana.

I've been reviving so many Ninjas lately no matter what content I am doing. I had to revive this one guy like 5 times the other day during the same boss fight. I know it's a new class and all but people should know AoE's are bad and that you should not ignore insta kill mechanics.

Pretty certain that, since Ninja is the new class and EVERYONE seems to be making one, there are a lot of non-melee folks trying to play something they've never been good at in the first place.

Had a dragoon in ST yesterday that while everyone was getting into position around sides of room, he just started running right across from one end to the other, right through middle and through boss and kept going like he accidentally turned on auto-run and couldn't be bothered to stop himself which made for messy start to the fight. Like others have said I also have not noticed ninjas mostly doing dumb things, it's still around even split between all classes which do dumb things from what I have seen.
