Duty Finder Penalty Bug (or feature?)

I'm familiar with the 3 withdraw duty finder penalty.

Today, I queue up for something with 6 FC members, looking for two in the DF. First attempt? After 30 seconds, I get some random "duty finder error" message. Second attempt? Same thing.

Third attempt a few minutes later: the commence window pops, an FC member clicks withdraw. I'm penalized for 30 minutes. So is everyone else in the PT.

How is it that another member's actions blocks me for 30 minutes?

It's up to you to make sure your party is ready before you queue. If somebody is screwing you all then you need to think about playing with that person. It takes like 10 seconds to do a ready check before you queue and you get 3 chances before lockout how do you fail to all click commence three times in a row unless you didn't check everyone is ready and somebody wandered off?

basically working as intended but interesting to know it also counts "duty finder error" as withdraw...

If true I'd call it a bug
