I imply nothing, I meant exactly what I wrote, all I said is that with the current system gearing several classes take months, I don't know where you got "people who play DPS main don't use tanks or healers to get faster queues for roulette" from that.

Under OP's suggestion, the reverse is equally as true. The inability to gear up other classes without having to play that class/role is a downside. In simplest terms, if I go on Warrior to beat queues, I can't use those tomes I get to gear up my Ninja. That, to me and likely many others, is a waste of time. Faster queues? Quite the opposite since people who want to gear up their DPS mains and have no interest in gearing up alts, let alone hitting cap, will simply not do so. So the tanks and healers pool drops.

That's exactly what I said in post 19, the lack of freedom is a major downside, I'm not blindly supporting OP's idea, I can see the downsides.
