You are assuming people who play DPS don't play tanks or healers, with the current system you are extremely limited on how many classes you can play/gear up, which is ironic when the armory system is one of the main attractions of this game.

You're assuming people who play DPS main don't use tanks or healers to get faster queues for roulette. (I know I queue up as SCH or WAR to avoid waiting 13m for a queue)

"Oh, you want faster queue to cap DPS tomestones? Nope, you're only getting healer or tank tomestones now, buddy. Join up as DPS if that's what you want."

Definitely reasonable.
