Hi Eclair- I'm on the same server as you and PVP rank 40, and during this last weekend afternoons through nighttime I got 10 minute wait times... whether queueing with one other person or with an entire party of 8. However, being Twin Adders had a lot to do with that, u must be Maelstrom.

If it's any consolation, our premade of 8 Saturday was great and won practically every contested battle, including holding Manors against a much larger onslaught of Maelstrom the entire match... I went 8/0 as SMN in that one with close to 200k damage dealt... and yet all but two times we narrowly missed first place. Which is better than vastly missing first I suppose. Not to diss everybody in the Alliance outside our party, some were very much on point, but seemed like a constant that there were just enough people in the Alliance overall who didn't refocus their priorities based on score distribution properly until too late, if at all. I went into the weekend with 3 games needed to get my 100th win and mount. As of yesterday I needed one. ONE. As of today I still need- JUST ONE F@&$ING GD WIN. So I'm especially frustrated being that close to an award that I feel I've been cheated out of by GC-locked alignment, but once I get it I should be able to really enjoy myself again as long as the party I'm in does its best.

tl;dr- It's possible to queue quickly still during prime time, but at the cost of being on a side with a higher loss rate. This is the reason every Adder I know who's quit after hitting max PVP rank (pre-patch) and getting mount has given me for no longer playing, and which makes me queue less than I would otherwise.... and which ultimately impedes instances from filling so you can commence from your GC.
