Make Duty Finder have separate iLevel requirements for weapons

Why? It is really easy to get a ilvl 110 weapon now, sure it may require a few runs of syrcus tower, but the ilvl 110 soldiery weapons will be even good enough for Turn 9. For newer players it may be a struggle but running syrcus tower shouldn't be hard after obtaining relic and farming a few bits of soldiery gear..

Why does everyone have the mentality that you need 120+ ilvl to do Coil and 2nd coil.

The natural way of gear progression in this game from newbie to raid participate is pretty easy and short lived, you can farm an entire soldier set now in about a week including weapon.

I'd ask that of the players with alternate classes (who have weapon levels less than i55). I have an i110 weapon on black mage, summoner, bard, and white mage. And I'll be upgrading my i95 weapon for scholar this week. So seriously, what excuse is there for not at LEAST having your i80 relic? Or i70 from one of the hard mode primals? It just doesn't make sense, and greatly hinders the parties ability to complete a dungeon.

i45 is perfectly fine for stuff like Wanderers Palace, Ampador Keep... which also drop weapons better than i37 or i45.

I completely agree, turn 9 was cleared with players who were only i95 from what I recall.

I think that's the point. It's pretty easy to get a decent weapon, but the current system gives weapons the same weight as rings (well, 2 rings for 2 handed weapons). They should either revise the stat weighting (ie. weapon constitutes ~1/4 of your ilvl) or add a secondary requirement specifically for weapons (ie. req. ilvl 80 requires at least an ilvl 70 weapon).
