Make Duty Finder have separate iLevel requirements for weapons

At first I was going to disagree with you but you make a pretty good point. Players are suppose to do the hard mode primals so they can at least get a level 80 weapon then they can either try for levi or relic. So it's pretty stupid to be walking around with a level 55 dark light weap in content pass item level 70
