Why is the weapon only 1/12th of the average item level equation? I think square should consider making the weapons a separate part of the item level requirement at this point, with how high the ilevels are getting on gear and how much easier they are to obtain. New players skip a majority of the old content and queue right into to coil with all the i100 gear thats so easy to get now.

Weapon ilevel is a much larger factor overall than an i110 accessory that probably isn't even for the players class. It's a little frustrating trying to do roulettes sometimes and having a player roll a level 50 class they clearly don't have gear for just for a faster queue times.
