    Shiva (hard) Black screen - Invisible Shiva

    A few people I know, including myself, have had a few issues with the story mode/hard mode fight for Shiva. Either:

    A) We load in and are on a constant loading black screen with the little circle constantly rotating in the bottom. The people who get in fine say it looks like we are in the party and should be there but our characters are not and they can't click our names in the party list. The only way out is to force shut down the game, then log back in and then you appear in the arena.

    B) Get into the fight with no issues, but she does Diamond Dust then disappears and is not clickable at all (so they can't fight) for the rest of the fight afterwards.

    Can you please look into these two issues~! Thank you.
