    That's easy - that track is called Fever Dream by Nobuo Uematsu, and it's an old track from FFXIV version 1.0, hence it's available on the Before Meteor OST album (specifically, it's track number 40). Hope this has helped!

    I'm not sure what the ToS are on these message boards so I won't post direct links, but suffice it to say there are ways to get them without importing, you just need to search a bit deeper. Tho by all means if you have the money do support the artists as a first choice.
