Afternoon Tea Set Stat Discrepancy (WITH PICS)

I am probably not the first to post this, but I found a discrepancy in the Afternoon Tea Set stat bonuses that do not match what was listed in the 2.4 Patch notes.

Thank you for linking me to the rules thread, I would like to clarify that I did search for related posts and it appears that there was only one previous post related to my query and it was moved to the 'insufficient information' category.

The screenshot in my initial report was a comparison of the 2.4 Patch note description of the in-game item "Afternoon Tea Set" with the in-game description shown in the background as it was brought to my attention on the market board.

"Afternoon Tea Set" with description, note the meal bonus mentions 'Skill Speed' rather than 'Spell Speed' which would not only make it inconsistent with the 2.4 Patch notes but also give it the same bonus as another meal added with Patch 2.4 (see below)


"Gourmet Supper" using the same, yet consistent meal bonuses that were listed in the 2.4 Patch notes.


These same descriptive inconsistencies were noted both when accessing the item's tool tip from the market board as well as the crafting log.

However, after crafting and placing the item, it appears that it does in fact give the correct meal bonus, as noted in the following:
