Does things like Raiton count as physical or magic damage? Does it benefit from Foe's?

I have no proof, but there are multiple threads on reddit saying Foe's does increase Ninjitsu damage.

Raiton is definitely magic. Had it reflected back at me from Levi's Tail.

Have been doing a little bit of testing with whatever NIN I get in dungeons; seems Foe only works on Raiton, but not any of the others. Of course, he could have been missing it, but I do know it works on that one, so it must be magic based.

Does INT boost the Ninjutsu damage?

not sure, but I have noticed that double Raiton is a good burn when foe is up, almost as good as Trick attack buff at the same time.
