I was wondering this too, SE said it would be available after the fan festival so I though it would be after the Vegas one but I guess they meant after the Japanese one?

"This glorious grimoire is set to make its debut at the Las Vegas Fan Festival 2014, and afterwards it will be available for purchase via the Square Enix Online Store!" I guess that could mean a week or a year.

Here is the response the store gave me:

Im also waiting on the delivery moogle they said on twitter would be available on the store.... Can we get some info on this please. Also, for those of you wondering, the Art of Eorzea book currently available in Japan and from the Fan Festivals has the text in both English and Japanese, so you can buy the book off Amazon.co.jp or Ebay with out worry. Although it may cost more or less, another reputable site that has it is http://otaku.com/products/39812 ($54.99) which is where I got mine so I could have one in time for my husband's birthday. And yes, it was sealed and came with the minion code (Which is actually a small insert glued into the book's spine) If you look closely on Otaku.com's listing they have photos of some of the pages, that prove the book is written in both languages. (look at the bottom of each page)
