How can I create a Rouge from scrath?

When i log onto character creation there is no rougue listed for me to make?
What am i am missing? I have unlocked rougue on another character and i have another class to lvl 15.

Why cant i make a new from character creation screen?

You need to reach level 10 with another class before you can unlock Rogue. You cannot start from scratch with it.

Just to add a little bit to this, if your main goal is a to start playing as a Rogue, pick any job in Limsa Lominsa as thats where the Rogue quest starts. Limsa has the Archanist and Marauders guilds. So pick either of them really.

Since you need to have a MELEE DPS at level 10 for rogue and you need Pugilist at 15 for ninja later anyway I still say the best idea is to start as a pugilist, get to level 15 and airships, go to limsa, become a rogue and then proceed as normal.


Edit: they changed the patch notes to say any battle class now. But I still think my idea is the most efficient in the long run. Up to you tho which order you do it in.
