Skillspeed and Ninja? + Goading Monks...FRACTURE?

So I have heard alot that Skillspeed isn't good for Ninja (it's already a hated stat due to making you use TP more...and on EU data centres...the population hates TP Bard Song) but I was wondering...seeing as your bound to miss maybe 1 or 2 GCD's anyway while using Mudra...wouldn't Skillspeed be good to use more skills while waiting to be able to use Mudra again?

Next Question. So other research also proved that using Fracture would result in a Monks TP running dry...

I don't know the actual value of TP restored by Goad but with a NIN using every Goad on the Monk in a prolonged fight ...would this offset it and increase the viability of this skill? And if so, what is the ideal place for Fracture in a rotation? (I'm guessing it's included in a Opo to Coeurl combo that doesn't have a Touch of Death used?)

So Opo to Coeurl with ToD...next Opo to Coeurl (is that even spelled right? XD) with Fracture?

You want as little Skill Speed as possible on a Ninja. Think of it like this: With Skill Speed, you attack quicker at the cost of Det/Crit's damage bonuses, correct? Mudras cost you time already, which means you lose even more damage than usual. SS works with monks because you can skip a DK/Twin Snakes but it only hurts Ninjas since they can't break up Mudra casting.

As for you second question, Fracture and Demolish have the same duration, so Fracture would best be used after it. Just remember to tell your Ninja party member that you will need regular Goading throughout the fight.
