character missing

i had a char in 1.0 and after they moved to 2.0 i was able to make a character on excalibur and played for about a month then went back to ff11. i recently paid for another month and when i redownloaded ffxiv i found i no longer had a character and was not aloud to make a character on the legacy server. in short what happend to my character and why is it not were i left it after making it after 2.0 launch. i contacted customer support and they told me to post here so i am.

In order to investigate this matter properly please provide the name of the character that you are trying to find, the approximate time you logged into the character, and the approximate time you last tried to access it. the name was i think theblackdeath sylph and the date was around June. 28, 2011-Jul. 28, 2011 for last logged in and and accessed it

I want to ask if you have multiple Square Enix accounts, and if you do have multiple accounts we want you to contact us using the Support Center to request a character recovery (the Support Center character recovery is how we will help you through process).
