I'm also not having any issue getting the tome rewards. I'm 99% sure you're either capped or simply not noticing the rewards you're getting.

As far as I know, you always get soldiery for example snowcloak will give 50:

The question that is harder to answer is do you do CT for 100 or ST for 50 + chance to roll on sands, oil, and gear?

I wonder, does Tamtara hard still giving 50? Because that dungeon is often done in 20 min. CT could take one hour almost or perhaps a little less if not bad people around...
