Many little issues

That bothers me, but it's something that isn't seen as an "issue" by SE.
The 2.5s GCD certainly is sluggish-feeling, especially when you want to do something tricky (like Lethargy a mob after a tank dies before it kills a ranged). The pace of the game doesn't allow that.

Yes Id love if we couls do clutch stuff like that. Like say you are fighting titan and he is using his stomp and your healer is kinda low. Then aas a blm I would use the magic resist buff but it still takes a second for it to apply so it would be too late. Same if I were summoner and used virus on titan. That would mean we could react to the boss' attack instead of learning his rotation and use it 2 sec before his attack
