Vote Kick needs to be Removed from DF

4 man dungeons vote kick is where it is the most important. I have experienced many instances of someone dc'ing and not returning for 10+ minutes. This is when we NEED to kick someone as some instances require 4 active persons. 8 man dungeons can at least be completed with 1 or 2 people not doing their jobs as their is another tank/healer/dps to make up for their incompetence (I know, this does not make it OK).
As far as withdraw penalties, they seem to be doing wonders for df ques. I rarely see members drop anymore. Perhaps removing the penalty from full premade parties would be more ideal, as this does not affect other players queing up. Perhaps increasing the timer to 1 minute would make things better for crafters/afk dps/gatherers/etc.

From my point of view the harm that the vote kick options brings to the party is nothing compared to having people join and go afk during dungeons/trials/raids.

It's a very small minority that abuse vote kick tbh it has some important uses for getting rid of people who DC and never come back or trolls who go out their way to make a run difficult as possible for their own cheap amusement. If you really feel somebody abused it then you can report them though no guarantee that GM's will agree with you they have very specific criteria for what abuse of kicking is. You need to remember you are not the only person in the party and if you are making the run miserable for others and ruining their enjoyment then it's a legit reason to kick you.

This information is false. It's only a 30 minute penalty.

OP was saying to MAKE the lockout 24hrs...not that it was.. In any case the OP is still wrong. It sucks to get vote kicked when you think you did nothing wrong but that is why there's no lockout if you're vote kicked. You can queue right up again. Not so good for a DPS that is looking at a long queue again, but that isn't a problem with the vote kick system, that's a problem with the community largely preferring to DPS. If they DID remove vote kick btw they'd likely put the autokick back in for a DCed character. It was only removed because they implemented Vote Kick.

That's not necessarily true. In a 4 man party only 2 people need to vote yes to have a person kicked. The 3rd could vote no and the kick will still go through.

The Vote kick System needs to be removed from the DF system it is currently being misused in every way this system as of now does more harm then it does good. Also the Withdraw from duty needs to be further refined if u withdraw more then 3 times you are locked out of all instances for 24 hours watch how fast this problem goes away.

Misused in every way? It is rarely misused and if it is it should be reported. So much overreaction. 24 hours for withdraw penalty? That is a complete joke, please elaborate on this "problem" that is such a big deal.

That's not necessarily true. In a 4 man party only 2 people need to vote yes to have a person kicked. The 3rd could vote no and the kick will still go through.

I think you need simple majority for the vote to go on.

Yeah its a majority vote on if a person gets kicked or not.
The person who is getting kicked doesn't get to vote on whether they stay or not, so you only need 2 out of the 3 people allowed to vote to say yes and they are kicked.
