My guesses:
Clearing them will get you your AF2.
Paladin will focus on the continued search for Oathkeeper.
Dragoon will focus on the divide between Dragons and men and Nidhogg's relationship with the Blue Dragoon.

If nothing else, I trust SE to tell me a good story.
Rather than continuing or adding to the job stories, though, I'd like to see them revisit the class storylines a bit...I need more Hamon Holyfist in my life, and I feel like Lancer storyline may have left a thread or two dangling...
a continuation of the class story would be great in my book since there are so many questions left behind after our character graduates from the class guild. I hope SE creates a Class Guild Chronicle Quests as a future content to show how the class guilds have developed during our character's absence in the guild's activities like they did with the Beast Tribe Story with the Allied Beast Tribe Chronicles covering how each Beast Tribe is handling things after we helped them with their goals. If nothing else, I trust SE to tell me a good story.

Not to mention it would be fun and interesting seeing all the Class Guildmasters and Guild friends our character met team up together in a battle.
Ya AF2 is expect but it the matter of incorporating a lore reason why our character obtained the AF2 with it being consistent with the Job Story for Arc 2.

I don't see BLM getting continued that much, considering the Red Lala is dead...Or would the 3 beastmen who helped you assist you further?
I want the continue sch questline to turn my character to a tomberry

I would imagine some of them being continued/ use the same job teacher(s)
- WHM: pretty sure they'll have the padjal siblings teach you more spells. Unless there's a runaway Padjal out in North
- BLM: The only person in BLM attire + a stardust rod(?) is currently in the temple, so it could be him
- SCH: Surito Carito is better and so are the tonberries. So he could teach us more, or work with Alka Zolka
- BRD: It was said that moogles give worthy people BRD souls stones/ attire, so there are probably alot more BRDs lurking throughout Eorzea. Probably one is Ishgard?
- MNK: We might bump into the MNK (forgot his name) and he'll hopefully teach us more skills since he should have calmed the hell down and offer us more traditional MNK quests in the mountains of Ishgard
-NIN: Possible that it could be Yugiri; she did say she plans on teaching us and its pretty much confirmed that gotta complete the MSQ to 2.55 in order to access Ishgard and perhaps the new contents
-DRG: great potential since it can be very closely related to the 3.0 plots. Otherwise, there's plenty of Dragoons in Ishgard that could teach us more skills
-WAR: Possible there could be a WAR living out near/in Ishgard as a mercenary. But it makes more sense that Curious Gorge and brother will teach us more since they're currently trying to decipher the warrior scrolls of their village.
-PLD: I think we're through with Jenlyns and Ul'dah. I believe we'll be taught by Solkzagyl since he is out traveling the world looking for whoever took the sword and was master of Jenlyns
I remember seeing something about the new quests being every 2 levels, instead of every 5, and also that AF2 won't be from the Job quests (but won't be too hard to get). Might have been that Famitsu interview? Yoshida says a lot more when he doesn't have to go through an interpreter.

great...af2 will either be obtainable from tomes or worse: crafting
