Lockout Timer for Withdrawals is soo stupid

I was just in a pre-made and we queued up, someone withdrew to go to the bathroom, queued up again someone was on wrong class for atma, then queued again and someone withdrew by accident. now the WHOLE PARTY gets a 30m lockout time?

So...SE is to blame for your poor time management skills in the first scenario, your poor attention span in the second, and your poor motor skills in the third?
