Some people in my static would do that if they had leader for coil instead of just ready checking and asking which would just lead to the first person who didnt click OK clicking OK then someone else not clicking ok because they got up thinking the first person was afk.

So true whenever I have my Free Company or friends help me out on duties (Guildhests, Dungeons, and Trials) I always ask for Readiness from the group even before this system.
