Lockout Timer for Withdrawals is soo stupid

I queue up as "in-progress" on tank or healer because I want to be the hero who rescues an abandoned group, not because it'll be a faster way to get tomes (although that aspect can be nice.) It's not fair to the 3 people stranded in a dungeon to force them to have to exit, if there's no way for them to be assigned a replacement.

I'm not saying remove the "In Progress" box. I"m saying DO NOT add an "In Progress ONLY" checkbox.
