The whole reason FOR this change was due to the fishing anyway, but occasional afkers and folks accidentally hitting decline, or in a group where someone else hits withdraw get punished as well. Clearly a broken system that needs to be fixed. I am not a fisher mind you and get just as frustrated with constant withdraws but I seem to be only one of a few people who want to a solution that doesn't penalize those who are not abusing the queue system.
