Welcome all, to Cycle 3 of Eorzea's Next Top Model!

Greetin's t'you all! Over th'past weeks, we've set our cast an' our models have been workin' on their first round...an' we've got some fantastic shots t'share with you! Let's take a look at who we've got selected from some o' Eorzea's most talented models...

Ain't they pretty? Good luck t'all of 'em! An' my personal thanks t'the wonderfully talented Kaelah for puttin' those together. Now, before we get onto th'excitin' part, I want t'take a moment and introduce my crew o' judges who'll be pickin' our their favourites each round.

Hey all! I'm Maxwell. Originally a Hyur Midlander, I've tasted the fun of Lalafell and can't get enough now. Hailing from Sargatanas, I main mostly White Mage and Dragoon. I was fortunate enough to win Cycle 2 ENTM, but during the process I've discovered a love and appreciation for making screenshots. I'm really excited to see how the competition looks from the Judge's seat this time. Best of luck everyone!

Hi everyone, Tinsley here. Since launch I've made my Eorzean home on the Exodus server where I can usually be found in or around Limsa Lominsa and The Mist. It seems I have a soft spot for bad boy pirates and gorgeous sandy beaches.
I've been a fan of ENTM since cycle 1 and was thrilled to have been chosen as a model for cycle 2. My original goal was to just make through the preliminary rounds but ended up making it all the way to the top 4. Now that Cycle 3 is upon us, I am looking forward to participating behind the scenes a bit and judging the boys side of the competition. I want to wish all the models the best of luck and remember, You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Vahn here, the Elezen extrodinaire of cycle 2 ETNM. Was on my way to win that whole cycle, then got swamped with work when an Ahriman snuck up on me an' bit me on the bottom. But I'm glad to be sittin' in the judges chair now and look forward to seeing all the up and coming stars of ENTM! Being a model can be hard work believe it or not, so make sure you put all your effort into bringing us that magazine cover masterpiece! And remember, even the slightest of camera angles or smidge of lighting can make or break a shot! So go for the gusto and goodluck to everyone!

Hello there contestants! Your everyday airhead Yomi here, to judge all of them male contestants :3
I took part in the 2nd Cycle of ENTM, even though it was just for a short amount of time because I had to drop out and I was very sad that I couldn't participate further in this contest at that time.
Nevertheless, I tried to give some critiques during the 2nd Cycle when voting for pictures from other contestants and since I liked giving my own opinions on pictures from contestants or how I felt about them, I'm a judge for Cycle 3 this time around~
Critiques/Opinions may seem harsh from me sometimes but don't let that get you down please :3
Other than that, have a fun time participating in this contest and without further ado: Yomi will be judging you.

Ahoy! Mackayla Lane, mostly known as Mack 'ere! Buxom beauty to that bilge rat we call Cap'n Tyriont. (Though I'll soon be causin' my own mutiny to take that label as m' own if I have a say in things, heh heh.)

I'll be takin' over this 'ere contest as un of yer judges and expect the best out of ye landlubbers or I'll be sure to be keelhaul yer arses right on off to the fiddlers green! T'avoid tie-breakin', I need each o' you to go through an' pick our your favourite Four models from each o' the lists. That's four men, an' four women t'make eight total, for those of you have trouble countin'. T'round closes at midnight (EST) on Thursday, November 6th, at which point votin' scores will be combined with judges scores t'determine who goes home! An' as a safety measure, we're continuin' th'rule from last Cycle that only votes from people who've posted at least ten times will count.

As a reminder, here's what th'round description this time was...

"Welcome models! Congratulations t'you all on makin' it this far. Now's when things get -real- interestin'. Our first round ain't too taxin', but should give you a chance t'show off some o' th'creativity that got you cast in th'first place. Th'theme of th'round is Grand Companies. Be it Maelstrom, Adders or Flames, I want y'to pick one of 'em an' give me a shot makes you look like you're a part o' the company. Colour theme an' settin' is important! I ain't expectin' everyone t'wear those odd lookin' flowerpot hats, but if you're fightin' for th'Maelstrom I want t'see some red!"

Women:
Adeline Urusa - This picture screams Immortal Flames through and through and I love it. You chose to take this screenshot in Camp Bluefog, which was the perfect setting for this. You look like you're war hardened fighter ready to take on the next battle the Flames throw at you. Good job.

Kaiyoko Star - I enjoyed this pic immensely. The lighting is absolutely beautiful. If there's one thing I could say though, it looks like your character was looking at the camera as opposed to focusing on the admiral. It threw me off a bit. In the scene you've set here, the admiral should be your one and only focus for she deserves your utmost respect. I know it runs the risk of you blending it too much with the other NPCs but I personally think you've set your character apart enough with just the wardrobe change.

Rhaya Relenah - This looks like a picture that the Immortal flames should put on the front of their recruitment flyers. There's a lot I like about this picture. I like how you featured all the classes here. The fact that everyone was dressed in the uniform but you was plus points. My only complaint would be that I think it would've been better had you taken this picture during the day time. Immortal flames have a very dark palette to begin with. This much darkness in the pic means they tend to blend in too much.

Sakuraya Kai - I like your picture for much of the same reasons I liked Rhaya's screenshot. The sanctum of the the twelve is a beautiful location so bonus points for taking your screenshot there. One thing that I'm enjoying in this picture is that while you have your friends dressed up in adder garb around you, they're so far back that they don't pull attention away from you. I'm enjoying the effect that you've achieved in this screenshot.

Men:
Marik Destiel - Looks like you're having a fun day out with your fellow Adder recruits! What made this screenshot for me was that you took it in a setting with foliage and featured one member of the team interacting with the foliage. FFXIV lore tells us that Adders are nature lovers and this screenshot highlighted that fact for me as opposed to the fact that they're a fighting force for a major city. Good job. I enjoyed seeing this alternate side of the Twin Adders.

Sera Alaric - Great times after a shift with your fellow stroms I see. I enjoy the setting and the story being told. Unfortunately, I have no idea which one is you. ;~; There's being part of the scene and then there's blending in TOO much. Had the lighting been focused on you or had you used alternate clothing while still remaining within the theme, it'd be easier to figure out which one was you. Either way though, you still get my vote for a nice screenshot.

Sienna Moonlux - Wallpaper worthy screenshot right here. I don't even know if there's anything for to critique here because i just enjoyed everything about it.

Epsil Ion - You sir, take beautiful screenshots all the time. You are a master at lighting effects and using the camera to ensure that it portrays you in the best light possible. Kudos on taking this on a stormy night. You look amazing in here.
