Lost items in mail?

Has anybody ever experienced this? Because I am sure I had attached 5 crafting materials in the mail, to send to a company member. Although she said she didn't receive the 2 items and I could have sworn I sent them. I looked in my inventory and retainers. I did the "search for item". Well we both did and there is no sign of them. it is odd because I can remember attaching 5 out of the 8 ingredients, and the other 3 in a 2nd mail.

I can assure you I'm not being scammed. She wouldn't do that and it was only some cloth and thread anyway. it wasn't the wrong person, because 3 other ingredients arrived. I was just curious if anybody had lost items in the mail.

mail history will list all items sent.
