Just did Satasha HM first time. Much easier than these forums made it out to be... Rolled through first 2 bosses, Last boss didn't take long. Just killed arms, Avoided tentacles and Spanked that Kraken. Please don't make it easier, If you find it hard then you and your party needs to practice/work a little harder.

It's already easy... learn to read. I am asking for his HP to be reduced because his HP is needlessly high. making the fight long and boring.

My bad, I skimmed through both your post and others and assumed you were moaning about it being tough. With that said.... Didn't notice the fight being super long or him having to much HP... So... Can't say its a problem for me.

I swear you're lying about how great your team is or you can't tell time. I ran Sastasha HM with regular pugs and none of them were as elite as you claim and we didn't take more than a few minutes to beat down the boss. I won't go over the mechanics, because you're so familiar. You're either doing it wrong, lying about your DPS, or time moves more slowly in your universe. Is the final boss boring and repetitive? You betcha. But does it really take a ton of time? Not if you're DPS is doing things right.

Edit - maybe you're in Eorzea Daylight Savings Time?

Haha lol ikr, ppl ignore the whole topic of boss has too much hp for tht kind of instance/ difficulty and instead talk about learn to play, what they did to beat the boss, how easy it is lol

But yea when i first ran the dungeon i thought things were tuned quite well till we fought kraken. His damage output wasn't bad, pretty weak imo. But his hp was like a fate boss that has been killed over and over again by horde of ninjas ( hp and stats increase due to previous completion i think ). I was like zzzzzz lol, we even managed to build LB2 twice in 1 fight.

Maybe because a ton of people have been saying that it is tough (Different threads & Forums), we assumed it was just another person moaning about making it easier? I stand corrected in this case :P

People asked to fight the head after the last patch, and they finally got it. Just with a nice buff, should have been titled "Enraged Kraken".

Actually, I'm probably far more patient than most. Wipes happen, even to experienced parties. If someone's new or not quite aware of mechanics, I'd rather take the time necessary to explain things than expect someone to just figure it out. No reason to get upset or anything. Case in point, I DID share that Prey can be passed. This was after trying everything else I knew from other content; soaking, positioning, etc. I'm confident in my own ability to figure things out, or at least think on my feet in a pinch, but not sharing what I learn is just a disservice to the party, and by effect, myself. I'm totally cool with trial and error, especially if the end result is "Duty Complete".

My "If I can do it, anyone can" was meant to be a bit of a poke at myself. This is the first MMO I've ever really got into. And for all I've done or am able to do, I don't believe it's so amazing or unique that others can't do it. If I might be so nerdy to say it, my approach to almost everything here is "there is no spoon".

It does have mroe health than it needs. I can understand considering the graphics size but....we're still just attacking a name.
