Fantasia Potions

I got one on my main, Kira, when I first resubbed.. since the miqo'te didn't have dreadlocks (which is important to my character's roleplay, VERY important), I used it to change her into the hyur that CAN have the dreadlocks. Now, about 30 days later, I see that all races can have dreadlocks. Had I known that, I never would have changed her, I would have simply waited.

I asked politely for these changes to simply be reversed even if you keep the potion; just put her back the way she was, or for the Fantasia Potion to be given to me again so that I could undo these changes.. I've even pointed out that I'll never change one of my other characters, Jet, and asked if his potion could be moved into Kira's inventory. What have I gotten in return? No on all requests. I've been told that if I want to have her changed back, I have to give you guys $10. Since a lot of people didn't know that they were going to be able to have all of the hairstyles on all of the races, they changed things as well, and now also have to buy Fantasia Potions to get what they had back.

I think, since many of us had no way of knowing when the hairstyles were going to be released when we made these changes, we should have some options here:

(1) refund the Fantasia Potions to all players
(2) if SE absolutely refuses to refund them, give everyone who made changes in the last 3-6 months 50-75% off of Fantasia Potions
(3) make Fantasia Potions account bound so that characters who won't use theirs can send them to other characters on the same account (cont on next post)

(4) give Fantasia Potions to everyone, one to each character, since the appearances have changed.. I can make a new character and get one on that character, but I can't just give the ones I won't use to the one I need it on?

Instead, I feel like SE is trying to make a quick buck instead of doing what's right. I feel cheated and I feel disgusted, paying for this potion when I never would have changed her had I known that the hairstyle I wanted would be available in a month! It's messed up. I feel dirty just handing you all money because I feel like I was tricked.

I feel pretty unhappy so far about customer service in this game.. I've had better customer service in every other game that I've played. Unfortunately, I like this game better than those games. But keep this up and you probably won't have any customers left. This was a pretty low trick to make some extra cash.
